On June 10, 2025, UAE-based Shaiva Group and Taranis Capital signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with five companies, committing a total investment of ₹2,125 crore in various projects across Telangana. The agreements were formalized in the presence of Telangana’s Industries and IT Minister, D. Sridhar Babu, at the State Secretariat in Hyderabad.
The investments are expected to generate employment opportunities for approximately 5,020 individuals. The participating companies include:
Revelations Biotech: ₹1,360 crore project, creating 3,080 jobs
Manakin Bio: ₹340 crore AI-powered pathogen detection initiative, generating 810 jobs
Yentra Tech Controls: ₹255 crore project focused on food shelf-life extension, with 640 jobs
Svobodha Infinity Investment Advisors: ₹80 crore wealth management venture, creating 220 jobs
Exigent Drilling Technology: ₹90 crore investment, providing 270 jobs
Minister Sridhar Babu described the development as a "significant milestone" and highlighted the state's commitment to fostering innovation and employment. He also referenced the potential for an additional ₹24,000 crore in future investments across key sectors including biotech, AI, defence, fintech, and infrastructure—especially through upcoming developments like "Fourth City" and "AI City."
