White Flower Developers is entering Goa’s premium real estate market through a land acquisition worth ₹65 crore for the development of luxury villa projects across Assagao, Tivim, and Siolim.
The acquisition spans around 6,000 sq. m of land and is part of a larger development plan with a total estimated project value of approximately ₹130 crore.
The planned portfolio includes 13 luxury villas, with five villas proposed in Assagao and eight in Tivim. The Assagao development, spread over about 2,500 sq. m, is valued at roughly ₹60 crore, while the Tivim project is estimated at around ₹50 crore.
In addition, the company is set to acquire a 150-year-old heritage Portuguese-style villa, Igreha Vaddo in Siolim, covering 1,200 sq. m and valued at approximately ₹20 crore.
The expansion marks White Flower Developers’ entry into Goa’s high-end residential and heritage real estate segment, targeting luxury homebuyers as well as tourism-driven demand in the region.
