In a major boost to regional infrastructure, the Telangana Cabinet under CM A. Revanth Reddy has sanctioned ₹4,193 crore to rehabilitate three key Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project (KLIP) barrages—Medigadda, Annaram, and Sundilla. The rehabilitation plan aligns with National Dam Safety Authority (NDSA) guidelines to ensure long-term structural integrity and optimal water management. Alongside irrigation works, the meeting addressed state investment efforts, reviewing arrangements for the upcoming Invest Telangana Global Summit 2026, expected to host around 3,500 business leaders and investors worldwide.
