Agilisium, a prominent partner in data innovation for the life sciences sector, is establishing a Life Sciences Innovation and Talent Development Lab in Hyderabad, with plans to create 2,000 jobs over the next three years.
At the announcement of the initiative, Agilisium Founder and CEO Raj Babu emphasized the transformative power of data-driven innovation in life sciences. “The industry is at a critical juncture where the fusion of advanced technology, skilled talent, and data innovation will reshape its future. With this lab, we intend to build an ecosystem that merges global best practices, academic collaborations, and cutting-edge research,” he stated.
The lab will focus on accelerating talent development, enabling technology transfer, and co-developing next-generation solutions. Agilisium’s initiative is in line with Telangana’s ambition to establish itself as a global leader in life sciences, further enhancing the region's attractiveness as a hub for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in life sciences and biotech.
By bridging the gap between academic excellence and industry needs, the project aims to produce a continuous flow of industry-ready professionals while fostering technological advancements in the field.
With operations already underway at RMZ Spire in Hyderabad, Agilisium’s expansion highlights its ongoing commitment to innovation, talent development, and regional economic growth.
