BluPine Energy Powers Up APL Apollo with 61.65 MW Solar Plant

BluPine Energy, a leading renewable energy company, signed a big PPA with Apollo Building Products. The agreement lets Chhattisgarh develop 61.65 MW of solar. APL Apollo Tubes' subsidiary APL Apollo Building Products will own 26% of BluPine Energy's project SPV. BluPine Energy's strategic relationship boosts its C&I capacity to 400 MW, with plans to reach 1,000 MW. 
An upcoming Chhattisgarh solar plant would produce 94.5 million units (MU) of power annually. This output will power 79,000 households and reduce 87,000 tons of CO2. BluPine Energy expects this will cut costs and increase energy efficiency.

BluPine Energy CEO Neerav Nanavaty praised the deal, emphasizing the company's commitment to renewable energy, local economic growth, and environmental responsibility APL Apollo senior official Harsh Agarwal stressed the collaboration for a greener future. 

BluPine Energy's renewable energy portfolio now totals 2.4 GW, with 730 MW in seven states. Growth supports the company's objective to create innovative and sustainable energy solutions for partners and the environment. 

BluPine Energy commits to renewable energy integration with a global data center leader's February 2024 Energy Supply Agreement (ESA). The ESA's 150 MW solar and 70 MWhr BESS boost BluPine Energy's renewable energy status.
