NVVN Seeks Bids for Rooftop Solar Partners in Uttar Pradesh's PMSGY

NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited (NVVN) has invited bids for the installation of residential rooftop solar systems in Uttar Pradesh under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojna. The project targets areas served by four distribution companies (DISCOMs) and seeks to appoint four channel partners per zone. Bidders must submit their proposals by June 27, 2024, with the selection based on the lowest bid price and other criteria.

Eligible bidders include EPC contractors, solar PV module manufacturers, and distributors, with specific experience and financial requirements. Selected partners will manage installations and gather necessary data as outlined in the guidelines. This initiative aims to promote solar energy adoption and reduce electricity costs for residents in Uttar Pradesh.
