Anvita Group has embarked on a major residential project called "Ivana" in Kollur, near Hyderabad, with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore. This premium gated community spans 12.9 acres and will feature 1,850 flats, completed in two phases. The first phase, covering 3.5 acres with 450 units in two 15-floor towers, is set for handover by December 2024. The second phase will have four 36-floor towers, encompassing 1,400 units over 9.25 acres, with a 2027 completion target. Units in the first phase are priced at Rs 6,500 per sq. ft., with a cost of Rs 380 crore for this phase, and over Rs 1,600 crore for the second phase.
The apartments range from two to three-bedroom units, sized between 1,360 sq. ft. and 2,580 sq. ft. Additionally, luxury four-bedroom sky villas, ranging from 2,900 to 5,070 sq. ft., will be located on the top floors. Phase one will offer 800,000 sq. ft. of residential space, while phase two will cover 2.8 million sq. ft. Residents will enjoy ample green spaces, sports facilities, and two clubhouses covering 100,000 sq. ft. Amenities include gardens, swimming pools, three levels of basement parking, and dedicated floors for children and adult activities.
Ivana is designed to foster a community atmosphere with comprehensive facilities such as supermarkets, banks, tuition rooms, crèches, and work-from-home spaces.
