Mahindra Lifespace Developers is set to redevelop two residential societies in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai, with a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 1,200 crore.
This project is part of Maharashtra's cluster redevelopment scheme and will benefit from its strategic location near the upcoming Versova-Bandra Sea Link. "This milestone strengthens our foothold in Mumbai's western suburbs, a key market for our expansion strategy," said Amit Kumar Sinha, MD & CEO of Mahindra Lifespace Developers.
Additionally, the company is redeveloping three residential buildings in Borivali, with a GDV of Rs 950 crore, and has also partnered with Livingstone Infra for a cluster redevelopment project in Mahalaxmi, which has a GDV of Rs 1,650 crore.
