Prestige Estates Aims to Double Residential Launches in FY26 After Strong FY25

Prestige Estates Projects is set to double its residential project launches in FY26, building on a strong performance in FY25. The company launched 26.28 million sq. ft. of residential space last year—primarily across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad—achieving a gross development value (GDV) of ₹26,222.8 crore.

In Q4 alone, Prestige added 14 million sq. ft. to its portfolio, contributing ₹16,133.8 crore to the GDV. Looking ahead to FY26, the company plans to expand into new markets with a project launch in Indirapuram (Delhi-NCR) and plotted developments in Bengaluru. Large-scale apartment townships are also slated for launch in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. A new project in Goa is expected in the first half of the financial year.

Prestige’s growth strategy mirrors the broader momentum in India’s real estate market, where peers like Macrotech Developers are also scaling up. Macrotech acquired 10 land parcels in FY25, targeting housing projects worth nearly ₹24,000 crore in estimated sales.

While luxury housing continues to thrive, Prestige Group CMD Irfan Razack highlighted a persistent demand-supply gap in the affordable and mid-income segments. “We continuously assess market demand to fine-tune our offerings, ensuring the right apartment sizes at the right ticket prices,” he said. The company aims to better serve mid-segment buyers with thoughtfully designed, value-driven residential projects.
