Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors, which operates under the Rustomjee brand, plans to launch a super-luxury residential project at Bandstand in Bandra next month, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,000 crore.
Chairman and Managing Director Boman Irani said the company remains optimistic about housing demand and is confident of meeting its sales bookings target of ₹4,000 crore for the current financial year. Keystone Realtors recorded sales of ₹1,839 crore in the first half of FY26, marking a 40 per cent year-on-year growth.
During the April–September period, the company launched four projects with a combined GDV of ₹4,916 crore and plans to roll out four additional projects worth ₹4,832 crore in the second half of the financial year. To ensure timely completion, Keystone will invest around ₹950 crore this year in ongoing construction activities.
Irani attributed the strong housing demand in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region to sustained interest from both end-users and investors, driven by wealth creation and relatively lower home loan interest rates. To date, Keystone Realtors has delivered over 26 million sq. ft. of development and handed over more than 17,000 apartments.
