Bid Now: VOCPA's 6 MW Wind Farm EPC Project

V O Chidambaranar Port Authority (VOCPA), Tuticorin, has invited bids for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a 6 MW wind farm on an EPC basis.

Valued at Rs 60.92 crore, the project includes complete civil works and a power evacuation system to ensure grid connectivity in Tamil Nadu. The scope covers full installation and commissioning, including all civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and communication systems, along with the integration of a SCADA system for efficient monitoring and control.

The selected contractor will also handle comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) of the wind turbine facility for 11 years, which includes a two-year guarantee period post-commissioning. The timeline for supply, installation, and commissioning is six months from the work commencement date.
