AI & Engineering Hub: UST's Pune Innovation Factory Opens

UST, a leading technology and digital transformation solutions firm, has expanded its presence in India with the launch of a new 1,000-seat office in Pune on March 12, 2025. Over the next five years, the company plans to create 6,000 new job opportunities in the city.

Spanning 80,000 sq. ft., the new facility will focus on innovation in data science, data engineering, design, product engineering, and digital applications.

Chief Operating Officer Alexander Varghese stated, “With these strategic expansions, we aim to scale our operations significantly, aligning with market opportunities and the evolving needs of digital transformation.” He emphasized UST’s commitment to strengthening its talent pool, business consulting capabilities, strategic partnerships, and infrastructure to support teams specializing in AI, design, and engineering.

Ramprasad Santhanagopalan, President of UST Product Engineering and Pune Centre Head, highlighted that investments in AI, advanced design, and cutting-edge engineering would enhance the company’s capabilities and drive innovation.
