Bids Invited for Antri-Bina Section's Electric Traction System Upgradation in MP

North Central Railway is seeking bids for the enhancement of the current 1x25 kV electric traction system to a 2x25 kV electric traction system along the Antri-Bina section of the Jhansi division in Madhya Pradesh.

The project involves the comprehensive design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning necessary for upgrading the existing 1x25 kV electric traction system to a 2x25 kV electric traction system spanning from Antri (inclusive) to Bina (exclusive) over a distance of 223 route kilometers or 675 track kilometers.

The contract is valued at Rs 200.85 crore, with a stipulated completion period of 18 months.

The deadline for the submission of bids is set for December 21, 2023.
