Ceigall India has been announced as the highest bidder (H1) for the development of Kanpur Central bus terminal, winning the contract under a design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) model. The Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport (Building Division) had invited bids for this project, which includes the construction of the bus terminal and a commercial complex, with a total project cost of ₹143 crore.
The selection of Ceigall India as the H1 bidder follows a tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) process, showcasing the company’s competitive edge and capability in handling large-scale infrastructure projects.
In a separate achievement, Ceigall India has also emerged as the lowest (L-1) bidder for a critical component of the Bhubaneswar Metro Phase-1 MRTS project. This contract involves the design and construction of an elevated viaduct and six elevated stations, excluding architectural finishing, from chainage 15017.00m to 25987.73m, as well as a ramp for depot entry.
These wins highlight Ceigall India’s growing prominence in the infrastructure sector, reinforcing its expertise in executing complex and large-scale projects. The developments are expected to significantly enhance transportation infrastructure in Kanpur and Bhubaneswar, improving connectivity and urban mobility.
