Colliers Wins $10 Million Infibeam Hub Project

Real estate consultancy firm Colliers has secured a significant contract valued at USD 10 million to oversee the construction of the Artificial Intelligence and Technology Extension Hub in Ahmedabad for Infibeam Avenues. The firm has been awarded a cost-plus contract for the completion of the project.

Spanning over 400,000 square feet, the facility is designed with a symbiotic framework aimed at fostering greater synergy within the ecosystem. It will provide tech companies with access to a comprehensive system that fosters collaboration and innovation, with an expected operational timeline of 18 months.

This initiative aligns with the multinational fintech company's strategy to establish an AI hub in GIFT City, Gujarat, with the Ahmedabad campus serving as an extension of this vision.
