Dwarka Expressway's New Landmark: BPTP's Rs 3,000 Crore Project.

BPTP Group, a prominent real estate developer based in the NCR, has announced an investment of Rs 3,000 crore to create BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens, a luxury residential project located in Sector 102, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway.

Spanning 12.05 acres, the development will consist of five towers, featuring 15 sky gardens and an expansive 1,55,000 sq. ft. club. Amaan Chawla, President of BPTP, emphasized its distinctiveness, stating, “The fusion of vertical gardens and world-class amenities within the towers makes this development truly exceptional.”

The project is being executed in collaboration with renowned international firms, including DP Singapore, Aedas Singapore, Grant Associates UK, and Sanelac, for architectural and landscape design. It will offer 885 apartments, with two and three-bedroom units ranging from 1,600 sq. ft. to 2,400 sq. ft. The project is projected to generate Rs 6,500 crore in revenue.
