Dynasty Promoters Takes the Lead: Upgrading UP's Roads!

Dynasty Promoters has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for the upgradation of the Salon-Jais-Jagdishpur section of NH-931A. This section, located in Uttar Pradesh, is set to undergo significant rehabilitation and augmentation as part of the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) initiative.

The bidding process, which was overseen by MoRTH, concluded with the opening of financial bids on June 14, 2024. Dynasty Promoters' bid stood out with a quoted value of Rs 281.71 crore, making them the front-runner for this critical infrastructure project.

The project will encompass the upgrade of a 53.50 km stretch, enhancing it from its current state to a combination of two-lane and four-lane configurations. This improvement is expected to significantly bolster the road network in the region, facilitating better connectivity and transportation efficiency.

The Jagdishpur-Jais-Salon section will be developed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode. This mode ensures that the contractor is responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, procurement of materials, and construction, thereby ensuring a streamlined and accountable process.

With the selection of Dynasty Promoters, the upgradation project is poised to commence, marking a major step forward in the efforts to enhance the infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh. This project is expected to contribute to regional development and improve the overall travel experience for commuters on NH-931A.
