Gami Group want to build Residential Complex [Gami Asters] in Maharashtra

Gami Group is coming up with a new Residential Complex Project named Gami Asters at Ghansoli, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The project is spread over a spacious area and will consist of 56 well-designed 2BHK and 3BHK apartments. The total cost of the project was 150 crores.

Residential complexes provide a sense of community and belonging, as residents have the opportunity to interact with their neighbors in shared spaces and at community events. Residential complexes often offer a variety of amenities on-site, such as fitness centers, swimming pools, and concierge services, which can save residents time and effort. Residential complexes typically have controlled access and security measures in place to protect residents and their property. Residential complexes are responsible for maintaining common areas and amenities, which can take the burden of maintenance off of individual homeowners. Residential complexes can be more affordable than individual homes, especially in areas with high demand for housing.

Ghansoli is a prime location in Navi Mumbai and is well-connected to major transportation networks, including the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Line and the Thane-Belapur Road. The area is also home to several schools, hospitals, and other amenities. The project is located in a prime location, close to the Ghansoli railway station and is also within walking distance from the bus depot.

As on November 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 60% mark. The work on the project will be finished by June of 2024.
