GAP Group's Akhilam: Your Integrated World in Dholera SIR.

GAP Group has officially announced the launch of ‘Akhilam’, an integrated real estate township strategically located within the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR). Spanning a 42,000 sq. metre plot—the first-ever real estate parcel acquired through public auction in Dholera—Akhilam is designed to cater to the needs of a rapidly growing community of professionals and businesses.

The development will feature a mix of residential towers, premium one-BHK units (1,000 in total), corporate office spaces, high-street retail outlets, a business park, banking services, club amenities, and a dedicated food court—creating a self-contained, urban ecosystem.

This launch comes at a transformative moment for Dholera, which is fast emerging as India’s next major industrial and technological hub. A key driver of this momentum is the upcoming semiconductor fabrication plant, a joint venture between Tata Group and Taiwan’s PSMC, projected to be operational within two years and expected to create approximately 20,000 high-skilled jobs.

By 2030, Dholera’s 5,600-acre activation area is projected to accommodate over 1.5 lakh professionals, substantially increasing the demand for high-quality housing and urban infrastructure. Akhilam is poised to meet this demand, offering a future-ready township aligned with the city’s ambitious growth trajectory.

The region’s infrastructure is also being significantly upgraded through key mega-projects including the Rs 5,000 crore Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway, the upcoming international airport, and the Dedicated Freight Corridor at Bhimnath—developments that are expected to further enhance connectivity and attract sustained investment.
