GR Infraprojects Secures ₹367 Crore Transmission Contract

GR Infraprojects has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) for a transmission system contract valued at ₹367 crore.

In an exchange filing, the company announced that the LoI pertains to the "Transmission system for Evacuation of Power from RE Projects in Rajgarh (1500 MW) SEZ Phase III and Neemuch (1000 MW) SEZ Phase II" in Madhya Pradesh. The contract was awarded through a tariff-based competitive bidding (TBCB) process.

The project scope includes the construction of a 2x500 MVA, 400/220 kV substation at Handiya, augmentation of 400/220 kV ICTs, installation of reactors, and the creation of multiple 220 kV and 400 kV line bays for renewable energy interconnection.
