Green Light, Green Resort: Ramee Signs Karjat Project

Ramee Hotels has signed an agreement with the Blue Neck Group to develop a 100-key greenfield resort in Karjat, Maharashtra.

Positioned as a premier destination for leisure, celebrations, and events, the upcoming resort will feature expansive lawns, landscaped recreational zones, dedicated event and party spaces, elevated terraces, and a swimming pool. It will also include modern dining options, recreational amenities, and contemporary hospitality services. The project supports Ramee Hotels’ ongoing expansion across Maharashtra.

According to Saurabh Gahoi, Senior VP of Ramee Group, the partnership with Blue Neck Group underscores the brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. The resort will cater to families, corporate groups, and tourists seeking weekend getaways or retreat-style stays.
