iD Fresh Foods, a prominent name in the food industry, has announced an ambitious expansion strategy aiming to double its business within three years. The company plans to diversify its product range, establish new manufacturing plants across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and West Bengal, and enter international markets including the US and Singapore. Rajat Diwaker, CEO (India) of iD Fresh Foods, highlighted the company’s focus on setting up a manufacturing model in Singapore as part of this expansion.
The company is also venturing into the condiments segment, planning to offer both Indian and Western-style condiments. Additionally, iD Fresh Foods aims to penetrate 14 new cities in India, such as Bhopal, Patna, and Bhubaneshwar, and strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia. To support this growth, iD Fresh Foods intends to significantly increase its workforce from the current 2,000 employees.
Product innovation remains a key focus, with new bread offerings and iD brand chutneys set to launch in major Indian cities. The company is also introducing a packaged spice category in August, featuring a QR code for consumers to verify pesticide-free certification. With ₹554 crore in revenue last year, iD Fresh Foods is on track to reach ₹700 crore and achieve double-digit EBITDA.
