Interarch Builds Bigger: ₹100 Cr. Plant Rises in Andhra Pradesh

Interarch Building Solutions, a leading name in pre-engineered steel buildings, has commenced construction of a new manufacturing facility in Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh.

Spread across 20 acres with a built-up area of 17,000 sq. metres, the new facility will add 25,000 metric tonnes of annual production capacity in its first phase, supported by an investment of ₹100 crore. The plant will specialize in manufacturing multi-storey pre-engineered steel structures for high-demand sectors such as data centres, electronics, semiconductors, and electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing.

Equipped with advanced machinery sourced from Europe and India, the facility is designed for efficient, sustainable, and climate-resilient construction practices.

The project is expected to generate over 200 direct and indirect employment opportunities. Interarch also recently completed Phase 2 of its existing PEB plant at the same site with an additional ₹32 crore investment, transforming the location into a fully integrated PEB manufacturing hub.

Strategically located near major industrial corridors and ports, the facility will serve high-growth markets across southern and western India, reinforcing Interarch’s leadership in the pre-engineered buildings sector.
