Invitation for Bids: Feasibility-cum-DPR for Ranchi Flyover

The Road Construction Department (RCD), Government of Jharkhand, has invited tenders for consultancy services related to the construction of an elevated road/flyover spanning approximately 5 km in Ranchi, from Argora Chowk to Kathal More Chowk.

The scope of consultancy includes the preparation of a feasibility-cum-detailed project report (DPR) for the proposed elevated corridor. Key components of the assignment include:

Feasibility analysis and DPR preparation for the elevated road/flyover and its approaches

Assessment and proposals for replacement or construction of culverts and bridges, as required

Complete land acquisition proposal, including ownership verification

Resettlement and rehabilitation (R&R) plan in accordance with prevailing guidelines

Forest land diversion proposal, including processing of all necessary clearances if applicable

The deadline for submission of bids is 20 May, 2025.
