Jeet Associates Bags ₹172.86 Crore Gorakhpur Housing Project

Jeet Associates, Uttar Pradesh, has secured a contract valued at ₹172.86 crore from the Gorakhpur Development Authority for the development of a group housing project in Lacchipur, Gorakhnath, Gorakhpur.

The project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis using MIVAN technology—an advanced construction method known for its speed, durability, and superior build quality. The entire project is scheduled for completion within seven months.

This initiative is part of the Gorakhpur Development Authority’s broader push to enhance urban housing infrastructure and deliver modern, cost-effective residential solutions. The tender process attracted multiple bidders, with Jeet Associates emerging as the successful contractor.
