Leighton Asia to Construct Luxury Mall in Gurugram

Elan Group has awarded a ₹500 crore contract to Leighton Asia for the development of a new luxury shopping mall in Sector-82, Gurugram. Leighton Asia, part of the Australia-based CIMIC Group, is scheduled to begin construction of the mall, named 'Elan Imperial,' in November 2024. This project marks a significant addition to Gurugram's commercial landscape, offering a high-end retail experience.

The 'Elan Imperial' will be a mixed-use development featuring a luxury retail mall, a five-star hotel, and branded residences.
