The Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL) is set to commence development of a Multi-Modal Logistics Hub (MMLH) in Bodaki, Greater Noida.
IITGNL has issued a tender on November 7, 2025, to appoint an expert agency for the project’s execution. The ₹5,881 crore MMLH, a flagship initiative under the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), is poised to become India’s largest logistics hub. Strategically located at the junction of the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors, the hub will offer seamless rail and road connectivity, boosting freight handling efficiency and industrial logistics.
The MMLH will also be connected to the upcoming Noida International Airport, expected to open in 2025. The project envisions comprehensive infrastructure including warehousing, cold storage, packaging, and value-added service facilities, along with offices, fuel stations, and utility services, designed to strengthen the regional logistics and export ecosystem.
