ASK Property Fund, the real estate arm of Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has invested ₹340 crore in Mantra Group’s residential real estate portfolio, which comprises three projects spanning 22 acres across Mumbai and Pune.
The investment will enable Mantra Group to acquire two residential projects through the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) route and support the completion of an ongoing housing project. The developments are located near the Jogeshwari–Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR) in Mumbai, and in Wakad and Mundhwa areas of Pune.
“We remain committed to providing growth capital for land acquisition and residential projects requiring financial closure of up to ₹500 crore,” said Amit Bhagat, Co-founder and CEO of ASK Property Fund.
The investment is expected to positively impact hundreds of families, particularly in Mumbai, where one of the projects had been stalled for a prolonged period. The funds will also be utilised to settle outstanding liabilities and strengthen working capital requirements, helping accelerate project execution.
