Migsun Drops ₹250 Cr. Commercial Project on Yamuna Expressway

Migsun Group, a leading real estate developer, has announced an investment of ₹250 crore to build a commercial project along the Yamuna Expressway. The development will include a blend of retail and office spaces, strategically positioned on the rapidly growing corridor that links Noida and Greater Noida with Agra.

This investment aligns with the company’s broader strategy to leverage the region’s accelerating growth. Yash Miglani, Managing Director of Migsun Group, noted the remarkable evolution of the Yamuna Expressway, stating, “With industries setting up operations, infrastructure expanding, and the Noida International Airport reshaping the region’s trajectory, the momentum is undeniable.”

Having already delivered more than 40 projects across the Delhi-NCR region, Migsun Group aims for the new commercial project to cater to the rising demand for modern business spaces in one of India’s fastest-developing zones.
