Najafgarh’s ₹21 Cr Sewer Upgrade: Bidding Now Open

The Delhi Jal Board has invited bids for the provision, laying, and jointing of peripheral and internal sewer lines in unauthorised colonies under Najafgarh Assembly Constituency-35, including Tajpur GOC and adjoining areas.

The project forms part of the plan to shift sewerage infrastructure from the Tajpur Decentralised Sewage Treatment Plant (DSTP) to the Mitraon DSTP. The contract is valued at ₹21.52 crore and has an estimated completion period of 15 months, followed by a defect liability period of two years.

The scope of work includes the construction of sewerage networks, provision of house sewer connections, and restoration of affected roads. The deadline for bid submission is February 18, 2026.
