RITES Opens Bids for ₹155.46 Cr EPC Project at IIM Raipur

RITES has invited bids for the construction of an academic block and a hostel cluster comprising four blocks at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur.

The project forms part of Phase II of the campus development and will be executed under EPC Mode-III. The scope of work includes the construction of the academic and hostel facilities along with all associated services necessary for their effective operation. The total estimated project cost is approximately ₹155.46 crore.

The development aims to significantly enhance IIM Raipur’s campus infrastructure by providing modern academic spaces and expanded student accommodation, supporting the institute’s growing academic and residential requirements.

The last date for submission of bids is 2 February 2026.
