SBI Floats Tender for ₹363 Crore Lingampally Project

State Bank of India (SBI) has floated a tender for a construction project at SBI Enclave, Lingampally Post, Hyderabad, Telangana. The contract, valued at ₹363 crore, will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model.

The scope of work includes construction of 134 residential flats across two towers, a DMD bungalow, an office building, and a clubhouse. The project timeline is 36 months — with six months allocated for planning, design, and statutory approvals, followed by 30 months for construction and completion. A 24-month defect liability period will follow handover.

Designed to enhance residential and recreational infrastructure for SBI personnel, the project will comply with contemporary building and safety standards. The tender is open until 11 September 2025.
