Mamata Machinery has secured an order valued at approximately ₹7.2 crore for its first-ever 9-layer blown film plant, marking a significant milestone in its co-extrusion product segment.
The order was placed by Vijay Flexipack, a valued and long-standing customer of Mamata in India. This state-of-the-art plant is engineered to produce high-barrier films, primarily used in critical food packaging applications, offering superior protection and extended shelf life. Commissioning is scheduled by the end of the quarter ending 31 March 2026.
This project not only reinforces Mamata’s leadership in India’s packaging machinery sector but also highlights its commitment to innovation and high-performance solutions. The installation will enable Vijay Flexipack to meet rising demand for advanced, sustainable packaging, in line with evolving industry standards.
