SPRE & Kreeva Present: The Dualis, Gurugram's New Heights

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE), in partnership with Kreeva (a Kanodia Group venture) and ASK Property Fund, has launched ‘The Dualis’—a premium residential project in Sector-46, Gurugram.

Spread across 1.75 acres, the development features two high-rise towers rising approximately 150 meters, housing 198 luxury apartments ranging from 2,850 to 3,600 sq. ft. The project is expected to generate around ₹1,400 crore in revenue over the next five years, addressing the rising demand for upscale housing in the NCR region.

‘The Dualis’ marks SPRE’s second venture in Gurugram, following the success of Joyville Gurugram in Sector 102.

Sriram Mahadevan, CEO of SPRE and MD of Joyville Shapoorji Housing, emphasized that the collaboration brings together institutional capital, deep market insights, and a legacy of construction excellence. Mayank Jain, CEO of Kreeva, described the project as a reflection of Gurugram’s strong investment appeal.

SPRE, a part of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, has developed over 142 million sq. ft. across major Indian cities including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Kolkata.
