Synergy in Cables: Adani & Praneetha's Joint Venture.

Adani Enterprises, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Kutch Copper (KCL), has established a new joint venture, Praneetha Ecocables (PEL), in partnership with Praneetha Ventures.

PEL will specialize in the manufacturing, marketing, procurement, and sale of metal products, cables, and wires. KCL holds a 50% equity stake in the venture.

Officially incorporated on March 19, 2025, PEL has an authorized and paid-up capital of ₹10 lakh, comprising 1,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. The company is registered in India with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
