The New Face of Bangur Nagar: Arkade’s ₹350 Cr Vision

Mumbai-based Arkade Developers has entered into a development agreement (DA) for the redevelopment of the Jal Ratan Deep project at Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West.

Spread across approximately 4,640.60 square metres, the project will comprise premium two- and three-bedroom residences along with commercial spaces. With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹350 crore, the development is aimed at high-end homebuyers seeking spacious living options, while also strengthening the commercial ecosystem and reinforcing the mixed-use character of Bangur Nagar.

Commenting on the project, Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Arkade Developers, said, “This development aligns with our vision of creating sustainable, future-ready urban spaces.” He added that the company has already completed four projects and currently has three ongoing developments in the Goregaon–Malad belt.

Apart from Jal Ratan Deep, Arkade Developers is also planning another nearby project with a GDV of ₹230 crore, further consolidating its presence in the region and offering long-term value to residents and prospective buyers.
