Unlocking Growth: 44 Industrial Plots Up for Grabs in Greater Noida

 The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has unveiled an initiative for the allocation of 44 industrial plots situated across six sectors in Greater Noida. These plots encompass diverse areas ranging from 135 sq. mtrs. to 20,354 sq. mtrs.

The allotment process involves interviews, and upon successful allocation, possession of the plots will be transferred within the specified timeframe. This scheme has been introduced to cater to the needs of entrepreneurs, aiming to facilitate industrial land allotment and potentially generate 10,000 employment opportunities while fostering investment in the region.

The allotment of these 44 plots is anticipated to yield approximately Rs 5,000 crore based on the reserve price. Brochures detailing the scheme have been released, and interested parties can submit their applications through the GNIDA website at greaternoidaauthority.in or via the Uttar Pradesh government's portal at niveshmitra.up.nic.in. The deadline for registration is set for February 19, 2024.
