UP's Travel Transformation: Jewar-Ganga Expressway Arrives.

Uttar Pradesh is set to enhance its infrastructure with the development of a 76-km expressway linking Jewar Airport to the Ganga Expressway via Bulandshahr. The state government has allocated Rs 10 billion for the project, with an overall estimated cost of Rs 44.15 billion.

This new expressway will connect to the Yamuna Expressway 24 km before its endpoint, improving travel for residents of Meerut and Bulandshahr, while also benefiting users of the Purvanchal and Bundelkhand Expressways.

Serving as an essential corridor, the link road will integrate multiple expressways, including the Agra-Lucknow Expressway and the under-construction Farrukhabad Link Expressway. To manage increasing traffic, the government plans to establish 12 expressway hubs – four along the Bundelkhand Expressway and eight along the Purvanchal Expressway – with budget allocations of Rs 720 million and Rs 1.44 billion, respectively.

In addition, Rs 8 billion has been allocated for strengthening the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, further boosting the state's connectivity.
