The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is planning to develop a new residential sector, tentatively named Sector-5, near the upcoming Jewar Airport. This development is expected to bring 2,000 residential plots and group housing societies to the area, offering convenient access to the airport and the Yamuna Expressway.
To facilitate this project, YEIDA has initiated the process of acquiring 1,100 hectares of land, with the proposal expected to be finalized by December 2023 or January 2024. Once the land acquisition is complete, the development process will commence, including the construction of residential plots and group housing societies.
Additionally, YEIDA is planning to establish a direct connection between the Yamuna Expressway and Chola Railway Station in Bulandshahr district through this new sector, enhancing the overall connectivity of the area.
The inclusion of this new residential sector will be integrated into the YEIDA Master Plan 2041, which will then be submitted to the state government for final approval. This development is expected to contribute to the growth of the region and provide residents with a convenient and well-connected living environment.
