Mithapur’s Million: Scaling New Heights in Soda Ash Production

Tata Chemicals has reached a significant production milestone, achieving one million tonnes of soda ash in FY26 at its Mithapur facility in Gujarat, the company announced.

Rino Raj, Vice President and Site Head at the Mithapur plant, stated that this accomplishment reflects the strong operational discipline and dedication of teams across the site. He emphasized that sustained efforts in enhancing plant efficiency, reliability, and safety have played a crucial role in delivering consistent performance.

This milestone highlights the company’s continued focus on strengthening operational excellence at one of its key manufacturing facilities.
