Namrup's Mega Fertiliser Plant: LSTK Bids Now Open!

Projects and Development India Ltd. (PDIL) has invited bids for the development of an ammonia–urea fertiliser plant at Namrup, Assam.

The project will be executed on a lumpsum turnkey (LSTK) basis, with the selected bidder responsible for end-to-end delivery. This includes obtaining process licences, preparing basic and detailed engineering, and handling the fabrication, transportation, and storage of all equipment and materials. The scope further covers civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works, along with the assembly and installation of plant facilities.

The contractor must secure all statutory clearances, conduct testing, and manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. The project will conclude with a performance guarantee test run (PGTR) and full handover of the plant.

The deadline for bid submission is 10 February 2026.
