UC Punawale Acquires Rs 129 Crore Land in Punawale

UC Punawale Skyscrapers has secured a prime land parcel in Punawale, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, for Rs 129 crore, according to property registration documents obtained from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The transaction was officially recorded in February 2025.

Punawale, a rapidly growing suburb of Pimpri-Chinchwad, is fast becoming a top choice for residential developments. Its strategic location near Hinjewadi IT Park and excellent connectivity via Mumbai Highway (NH-48) make it highly attractive to both homebuyers and investors.

The area boasts easy access to key amenities such as schools, hospitals, and shopping centres like City One Mall. The acquired land spans 2.38 hectares, with a stamp duty of Rs 9.03 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. As reputed developers continue to launch gated communities and infrastructure improves, Punawale is garnering increasing attention from the real estate sector.
