Black Rock Hotels' Grand Vision: 4,500 Rooms by 2031

Black Rock Hotels & Resorts, a rising hospitality brand founded by Anshul Bhargava, has announced an ambitious expansion roadmap to reach 4,500 keys by 2031.

Currently, the company manages seven hotels (approx. 950 keys) predominantly rooted in Rajasthan using a scalable revenue-share model. Cementing its transition toward asset ownership, Black Rock is gearing up to launch its debut owned property in Udaipur by March 2027. This strategic milestone marks a significant step forward in the brand's vision to capture the domestic luxury leisure market and expand its presence internationally.
