IHCL Surpasses 380 Hotels with Ambitious FY25 Expansion

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), the hospitality arm of the Tata Group, has expanded its footprint by adding 100 new locations in FY25, taking its total portfolio to 380 hotels. This includes 26 new openings, led by its Ginger brand, which added nine properties across diverse geographies—from commercial hubs like Nagpur and Coimbatore, to leisure spots such as Srinagar, Udaipur, and Diu, as well as major cities like New Delhi and Goa.

During FY25, IHCL achieved a record 74 hotel signings, resulting in a robust development pipeline of 137 properties. This growth reflects IHCL’s strong brand equity across segments and sustained market demand.

Now India's largest hospitality company by market capitalisation, IHCL’s portfolio spans 14 countries, four continents, and over 150 locations globally.
