ITC Hotels Brings a New 101-Key Welcomhotel to Gandhinagar

ITC Hotels Ltd. has officially signed a management agreement for a new 101-key Welcomhotel property in the Karai area of Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Announced via a stock exchange filing, this development aligns with the company’s strategic expansion across the state. Spanning a nine-acre land parcel, the upcoming hotel is positioned to capture demand from both Gujarat's capital region and nearby industrial hubs.

Designed as a premium destination for corporate and leisure guests, the property will offer 101 rooms and suites, multiple dining venues (including a specialty restaurant and a coffee lounge), and extensive event spaces. With over 10,000 square feet of indoor banquet halls and 46,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor lawns, the hotel is heavily geared toward corporate conferences, social events, and destination weddings, reinforcing ITC's growing hospitality portfolio in a high-growth market.
