Juniper Hotels, India's leading owner of Hyatt-affiliated properties, is set to nearly double its luxury portfolio from 1,900 to approximately 4,000 keys over the next four years. Backed by a Rs 1,930-crore construction investment—facilitated by pre-secured land in Mumbai and Guwahati—the company is developing five new greenfield assets (four hotels and one commercial space). CEO Varun Saraf highlighted that the Grand Hyatt Delhi and Grand Hyatt Guwahati are slated to launch in financial year 2031, reinforcing Juniper's long-term commitment to India's high-demand luxury hospitality sector through strategic global partnerships.
