New Signing: Lemon Tree Hotels Brings Keys Select to Ujjain

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for a new hotel property under the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels brand in Panthpiplai, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. Operations will be overseen by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Positioned conveniently along the Indore–Ujjain Highway, the upcoming 51-room midscale hotel aims to serve the growing flow of leisure, religious, and business travelers between the two major cities. On-site facilities will include a full-service restaurant, banquet and conference spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.

This signing reinforces Lemon Tree's commitment to expanding across key tier-2 and tier-3 hospitality markets, taking its total portfolio in Madhya Pradesh to 15 assets (comprising three operational hotels and 12 under development).
