RIICO Expands JPMIA Hub with 300-Hectare Addition at Rohat

The Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) is expanding the Jodhpur-Pali-Marwar Industrial Area (JPMIA) under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) project. Driven by strong demand from foreign investors and green/white industry segments, RIICO will develop over 300 hectares in the northern section of the integrated industrial township at Rohat in Pali district. The township will features a blend of industrial, residential, commercial, and institutional zones alongside worker-focused social infrastructure. Following a project review by RIICO Managing Director Suresh Kumar Ola, detailed planning, cost estimation, and RFP invitations for the new phase will be finalized shortly.
