A Call for Expertise: SBI Invites Bids for Pune Project

The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued an Expression of Interest (EoI) to appoint a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for its upcoming residential and commercial development in Hinjewadi, Pune.

The selected PMC will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of the project, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, budgetary controls, and timeline milestones. The consultant will play a critical role in managing the project lifecycle—from conception to completion—by optimising resource utilisation and ensuring timely delivery.

Interested firms must demonstrate:

Proven experience in managing large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects

Strong project governance and technical capabilities

In-depth knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance frameworks

The submission deadline for the EoI is 04 September 2025.
