A New Era Begins: Homeland Global Park in Mohali

Homeland Group, a leading real estate developer in Punjab, has reached a significant milestone with the 'Bhumi Pujan' ceremony for its ambitious project, Homeland Global Park, located in Sector-75, International Airport Road, Mohali.

Spanning across 15 acres of prime land, this mixed-use development is set to offer approximately five million square feet of built-up space, positioning it as one of the region’s largest projects. Homeland Global Park will blend luxury, commerce, and entertainment, featuring an ultra-premium shopping mall, India’s largest indoor arena for live performances and events, high-end retail outlets, luxurious serviced apartments, and boutique offices designed with expansive IT floor plates.

Following the success of CP67, Homeland Group aims to further solidify Mohali’s reputation as a thriving hub for business and luxury retail.

With this launch, Homeland Group intends to cater to the growing demand for Grade-A office spaces in the Chandigarh-Mohali region.
